On behalf of all of us, thank you very much for your patience and flexibility during the COVID-19 crisis.
The COVID-19 pandemic has created a truly unprecedented situation which affects us all. Our hearts go out to anyone who had been impacted by the virus. During this time, we want to reach out and update you on how we are approaching the situation at Vowles & Associates.
Like most organizations, we are doing our best to secure the health and well-being of our employees. In an effort to support our community and reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus, we are taking the following measures to keep our staff safe and you, our clients safe:
- Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5 pm.
- To maintain social distancing, there is a drop-off bin in our lobby to drop off your records. Your income tax information will be quarantined for up to 5 days before being signed in.
- We encourage you to use our online portal located on our website https://vowlesassociates.ca/ to submit your income tax information to accelerate the processing of your income tax return. If you wish to set up your portal please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send an invitation and instructions to you.
- When your returns are ready, we will email or call you for signing. With regards to payment, to limit contact with the debit/credit card machine, we would encourage everyone to pay by cheque or by Interac E-transfer to email@example.com.
